challenge: to create a multi-functional space that will serve as a home office, extra bedroom, and media room all in one very small space.

we designed a custom built-in unit on one wall that included hanging closet space, pull out drawers, and shelving for overnight guests; the built-in on the opposite wall has room for a desk, a file cabinet, and book storage. the sofa bed pulls out to a full size sleeper sofa and the coffee table/ottoman provides additional storage.
